Volunteering abroad seems like such a great idea – what’s not to love about lending a hand where help is needed, experiencing a new culture and becoming a more confident and self-reliant person in the process?

Today at the center we did not have many kids come. No more than 25 kids came throughout the course of the whole day. They started school today, plus it was raining very heavily.

My last Entry

Work today was fine, I just keep getting so sleepy after lunch again. But then Maria came and painted my nails! Jimmy is a math genius by the way!!! He was doing multiplication and division flash cards and flew through the whole set in under a minute.
